Dr. William H. (Bill) Huber was the founder of University College and served as its first dean. He was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on April 18, 1922. Earning his L.L.B. at Ohio State University in 1947, he moved to Albuquerque with his wife Sarah and began teaching Business Law at UNM’s College of Business Administration that same year.
